Ever since I’ve been in mobile, the industry has been looking for the Golden Goose – driving users in-store to redeem mobile-based coupons. While a panacea to this does not exist across retailers, the steady stream of one-of cae studies shows consistently high results.

This US example shows KFC benefiting from a 13% redemption rate for mobile coupons.
